This has been the working motto of the PCPO ever since its inception in 2001, shortly after President Arroyo has assumed the highest post in the land.

Indeed, The President has impressed among all Government Officials and even ordinary state employees the value of hard work in order to attain her objective of improving the quality of lives of all the people in the country.

And true to her word, President Arroyo has proven that she is one of the most hardworking Chief Executives the country has ever had.

PRINCIPLED LEADERSHIP

President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has once again showed during her 8^th State of the Nation Address her principled leadership when she stood pat on several controversial issues which some other weak leaders would just accept and swallow.

But as it is she would rather be right than popular. She doers not care whether her popularity would plummet or not as long as she knows that what she is doing are for the benefit of the people.

She has braced herself for many complex challenges that would need special care and attention in this great hour of need.
